MAKARA WORKS 由一支中国新生代汽车设计师团队创立。我们习惯以毫米为单位推敲一道倒角、一处接缝，把包豪斯的理性与东方的极简，揉进每一件器物。MAKARA WORKS was founded by a team of new-generation Chinese automotive designers. We study every chamfer and seam down to the millimetre — folding Bauhaus rationality and Eastern restraint into every object we make.MAKARA WORKS は、新世代の中国人カーデザイナーたちによって設立されました。一つの面取り、一本の合わせ目を、ミリ単位で問い直す。バウハウスの理性と、東洋の簡素さを、私たちがつくるすべてのものに織り込んでいます。

KRAKEN 收纳系统是我们的第一个回答：让昂贵的竿与轮，终于有一个值得陈列与收纳之所。我们相信，真正的收纳，是为瞬间赋予形态。The KRAKEN organising system is our first answer — so that fine rods and reels finally have a place worthy of display and storage. True storage, we believe, gives form to the fleeting moment.KRAKEN Organising System は、その最初の答えです。銘品のロッドとリールに、飾るにふさわしく、しまうにふさわしい場所を。真の収納とは、一瞬に、かたちを与えること。私たちはそう信じています。

从一道线，到一件器物。From a line to an object.一本の線から、一つの器物へ。

在 KRAKEN 成形之前，它先活在纸上。锥形或柱形、卡夹的弧度、灯环的位置 —— 每一处取舍，都是我们用上百张草图反复推敲出来的。Long before it took shape, KRAKEN lived on paper. 形态 / FormForm形態

形，追随它要守护的东西。Form follows what it protects.形は、守るべきものに従う。

竿身倚靠的角度、收口的弧度、重心的落点 —— 形态从不是装饰，而是为了让一支竿被稳稳收下、被体面陈列。The lean of a rod, the taper of the mouth, where the weight comes to rest — form here is never decoration. It is what lets a rod be kept securely, and displayed with quiet dignity.ロッドが寄りかかる角度、開口部の弧、重心の落ちる位置。ここでの形態は、決して装飾ではありません。一本の竿を、しっかりと収め、品位をもって飾るためのものです。

精密，是一种尊重。Precision is a form of respect.精密であることは、敬意である。

理性之下，是深海之魂。Beneath the reason, the soul of the deep.理性の底に、深海の魂。

KRAKEN —— 深海巨兽，是极致造型理性之下那一点炽热。我们相信器物可以同时是精密的，也是有性格的；是收纳，也是陈列。KRAKEN — the beast of the deep — is the spark beneath precise, rational form. We believe an object can be precise and have character at once: both storage and display.KRAKEN——深海の巨獣は、精密で理性的な造形の底に灯る、ひとすじの熱です。器物は、精密でありながら、個性をも宿せる。収納であり、そして陳列でもある。私たちはそう信じています。
